Marina Management Services, Inc. utilizes comprehensive Marina Management System [MMS] software solution developed by marina software developer, Pacific Softworks Limited of New Zealand.
MMS is a user-friendly, yet powerful program to streamline daily marina operations, increase revenues, and profit opportunities, MMS is built on the proven ‘cores’ of Microsoft® technologies — Microsoft Access 2000® and the Microsoft SQL Database® — and utilizes Windows® operating systems.
The Marina Management System is designed in modular form to provide maximum purchasing and set-up option flexibility. It can be tailored to meet any marina’s current operational and financial requirements, then enhanced with integrated modules that keep pace with the future.
MMS is unique in that it is the only marina-based system capable of addressing the full spectrum of marina management operations and accounting functions. Designed in conjunction with New Zealand’s oldest and largest marina — a 2,200-slip facility — the system has been operational since December 1999. Release of Version 2.0 in November 2000 marked PSL’s expansion into the international marketplace. Subsequent modifications allow for international measurement system and global management practice disparities.
