Marina Management Services to Operate Marina Village at Boyton Beach

Dennis P. Kissman, president of Marina Management Services, Inc., announces that his Boca Raton, Florida-based firm has contracted with the owners of Marina Village at Boyton Beach, Florida to manage their 38-slip recreational-use marina and fuel dock located between Boyton Beach Blvd. and Ocean Avenue along the intracoastal waterway in Boyton Beach. According to Kissman, Marina Village at Boyton Beach will begin operations in mid-October.

Kissman states that the opening of the marina marks an important step in the city’s plan to revitalize their waterfront and welcomed additional facilities for boaters in the area.

Brian Smith will serve as Director of Marina Operations at Marina Village, relocating from the US Virgin Islands, where he served as Operations Manager for Marina Management Service’s Crown Bay Marina, a 99-slip facility catering to mega-yachts.

Smith jointed Crown Bay Marina in November 2000, as Harbormaster/Ship’s Agent. A Georgia native, Smith previously affiliated with Westrec Marinas, as Boat Rental and Fuel Dock Manager for the Holiday Marina on Georgia’s Lake Lanier before joining Marina Management Services, Inc. at their St. Thomas location.
