Liz Walz Leadership is hard to define, but when youre in its presence, you know it. As director of business services for Marina Management Services, Inc., Tim Keogh provides consulting services to marina owners and operators, developers and potential marina buyers across the country and around the world, helping them enhance the development, redevelopment and operation of water access facilities. While hes only been with his company for five years, Keogh has been involved in the industry his entire life. His father managed a small boat building company, and in the summers during college, he served as an assistant harbormaster in Marion, Mass. His passion for the industry shines through in his participation in local, state, national and international marine trades associations, as well as the writing and speaking hes done.
