MMS prides itself that the average on-site staff size of a MMS managed facility is typically smaller in number of employees and more efficient than normally would be expected for a similar working environment.

We work with all manufactures and free to design the best marina to fill your specific needs. MMS focuses on the “footprint” for the marina then searches for the best products at competitive prices.

MMS designs a marina to fulfill a market demand. We begin the process with a comprehensive feasibility study. Through this study MMS builds and operates the marina on paper before costly and irrevocable mistakes are made to the site.
